Telehealth Policy

Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients when clinically appropriate.

Patients are responsible for:

  1. Joining appointments on time
  2. Ensuring a stable internet connection
  3. Being physically located in a state where the provider is licensed to practice
  4. Completing any required forms or intake steps prior to the appointment
  5. Remaining in a private, safe, and stationary location during the visit
  6. Not driving or operating a vehicle while attending a telehealth appointment

Failure to complete required intake items or pre-visit steps may result in appointment delays or cancellation.
