Scope of Services

Pinnacle Psychiatry provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and related behavioral health services when clinically appropriate.

Please note:

1. We do not provide emergency psychiatric services.
2. We do not provide disability determinations, legal evaluations, custody evaluations, or court-ordered forensic assessments unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
3. Patients experiencing a psychiatric emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or thoughts of harming others should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
4. Communication outside of scheduled appointments does not establish emergency coverage or crisis intervention services.

Treatment recommendations, prescription decisions, and continuation of care remain at the sole discretion of the treating provider.
