Our front desk team is available during regular business hours via phone calls, text messages, and email for administrative support and scheduling assistance.
Please note that text messaging is limited to administrative purposes only, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and appointment-related communication. Medical concerns, medication questions, clinical updates, or treatment-related discussions should be communicated through the patient portal or addressed during a scheduled appointment.
Our office strives to respond to calls, texts, portal messages, and emails as promptly as possible.
Patients are encouraged to:
- Monitor email, phone messages, and patient portal communications regularly
- Respond promptly to office requests
- Keep contact information updated
- Review appointment reminders carefully
Repeated reminders regarding balances, appointments, documentation, or insurance issues may not always be possible.
