Telehealth Policy
Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients when clinically appropriate.
Patients are responsible for:
- Joining appointments on time
- Ensuring a stable internet connection
- Being physically located in a state where the provider is licensed to practice
- Completing any required forms or intake steps prior to the appointment
- Remaining in a private, safe, and stationary location during the visit
- Not driving or operating a vehicle while attending a telehealth appointment
Failure to complete required intake items or pre-visit steps may result in appointment delays or cancellation.
