Appointment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To help ensure timely access to care and efficient scheduling for all patients, we kindly request at least 48 BUSINESS HOURS’ NOTICE for any appointment cancellation or reschedule request.
Appointments missed, canceled, or rescheduled without the required 48 business hours’ notice will result in a $99 late cancellation/missed appointment fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Missed appointment fees cannot be billed to insurance and remain the sole responsibility of the patient.
- Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy only. Patients remain responsible for tracking their scheduled appointments.
- Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in limitations to scheduling privileges.
- After repeated missed appointments or unresolved balances, services may be temporarily paused until balances are paid in full.
- If an appointment must be canceled due to unresolved payment issues or invalid payment methods, applicable late cancellation fees may still apply.
